According to the authorized release, "A mysterious meeting leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where whispers of banned rituals and terrifying metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The storyline introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden cult.
The adventure concentrates on "bizarre trials and a fearsome enemy" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages.
