Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
